The visit takes about 20 minutes and costs nothing. Karolynn walks the property with you, looks at the kitchen and bathrooms closely, notes the surfaces and flooring, and asks what matters most to you. Any areas that will take extra time get pointed out right then, not discovered on cleaning day.
Afterwards you receive a written estimate that lists what's included, roughly how long it will take, and what a recurring schedule would cost if you want one. You approve it before anything is booked.
